Your Patients Don’t Stop Needing Support at Discharge.
Full Armor Fitness is a dedicated exercise specialist partner for PT clinics — closing the gap between “cleared to move” and confident, independent movement.
What Happens After They Leave Your Office?
Most PT discharge patients go home with good intentions and a paper handout. Without continued, structured exercise guidance, the functional gains they worked hard for in your clinic start to erode — and patients often end up back in your office, or worse, back in surgery.
Full Armor Fitness closes that gap. As your dedicated Exercise Specialist Partner, I give your discharged patients a seamless, credentialed transition so they keep progressing — and your outcomes reflect it.
How It Works
Every discharged patient gets a custom exercise progression from me — not just a printout. You look good. They stay compliant.
Structured Hand-Offs
Quick questions about a patient’s program, exercise tolerance, or post-surgical load? I answer — same day, not “whenever.”
On-Call Clinical Coordination
You’re not handing patients off into a black box. You get visibility into how they’re actually doing after they leave.
Predictable Monthly Access
No per-referral admin, no invoicing back and forth. One flat retainer, and I’m available whenever your patients need somewhere solid to land.
Progress Reporting Back to You
Who I Work Best With
My clinical focus is aligned with your highest-need discharge populations:
Adults 55+ — post-orthopedic, fall-risk, functional decline
Post-surgical — knee/hip replacement, rotator cuff, spinal procedures
Corrective exercise — chronic compensation patterns, gait, posture
I hold the NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) credential — the same framework your PTs already use — so communication between our teams stays evidence-informed and doesn’t need translating.
Real Client Outcomes
Martin — Double Knee Replacement
Within one month of working with Glenn exclusively, Martin was climbing stairs and back to being active. He continued training for two years total.
Adair — Knee Replacement, Now Hip Bursitis
Back to normal function in three months post-replacement — and lost weight along the way. Now working through hip bursitis rehab and improving quickly.
Tammy Logan — Client (~1 Year)
“Glenn with Full Armor Fitness is amazing! I’ve been working with him for about a year now, and he has been great from day one. I recently had a knee replacement, and Glenn was fantastic in helping me work back up my strength and mobility. He knows when to push you because he knows you’re capable of more, but he always does it with encouragement and support.”
Who You’d Be Working With
I’m Glenn — a Navy veteran (former Aviation Electronics Technician) and NASM-Certified Personal Trainer & Corrective Exercise Specialist based in Fort Worth. I run Full Armor Fitness independently, where I specialize in adults 55+, post-surgical recovery, and corrective exercise — not general fitness with a rehab label slapped on it.
My approach comes from the same structured, disciplined mindset the Navy trained into me: clear plan, clear communication, no wasted motion. That’s what I bring to every patient your clinic sends my way, and what I bring to working with your team.

Why a Retainer Instead of Per-Referral
A retainer means you get a dedicated, available resource — not someone waiting by the phone. It also means you’re not tracking referral fees or splitting revenue after the fact. Simple, predictable, professional — for both of us.
Let’s Talk About What This Looks Like for Your Practice
No pressure, no obligation — just a conversation about whether this makes sense for your patients.
