The Coach Behind Full Armor Fitness
I'm Glenn — NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist with over a decade of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and live fuller lives.
I started Full Armor Fitness because I believed fitness should be accessible to everyone — not just the young and already-fit. My specialty is working with people who have been told to "take it easy" and showing them what they're actually capable of.
My commitment to this work is personal. As a Navy veteran, I learned early that discipline and resilience aren't optional — they're a way of life. But service came with a cost. Scoliosis, arthritis, and the wear that accumulates over years of pushing your body to its limits became a reality I had to face head-on. I don't just coach corrective exercise because I'm certified in it — I live it every single day. These conditions don't define what I can do. They drive how I train, how I coach, and how deeply I understand what my clients are going through. If I can build strength, stay active, and keep showing up — so can you.
